Regarding the guarantee Triple R Nederland confirms on METAALUNIEVOORWAARDEN with the exception of article 14.1, Triple R Nederland applies a 1 year guarantee period. At your request we will forward it.

System guarantee
Triple R Nederland offers a one year guarantee period on all our systems against any manufacturing or material defects, the warranty starts from date of purchase or date of first connection of the system. Repair or a standard exchange (same product, or failing that an equivalent product) of the product will take place during this period, but only when the systems are connected and used according to the supplied manual.

The guarantee excludes damage from a result of:
- misuse - a fall - a lack of maintenance or cleaning - using harsh detergents that are not intended for the product - use of a different voltage than mentioned on the product - case of force majeure - removal, maintenance or repair by unauthorized persons - and more generally any abnormal use of the product.

To handle any repair or replacement of your product correctly, make sure you enclose a complete descriptions of your complaint together with the system and send it to: The repair or replacement of the product does not extend the original guarantee period. This contractual guarantee is only applicable to systems that use original Triple R filter elements.
